Ingredient List
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15-16 oz) kidney, pinto, or black beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 can (28 oz) Muir Glen™ Organic Mild or Medium Chili Starter
Preparation
- Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes, breaking up and stirring. Drain: Return cooked meat to skillet
- Add Chili Starter and beans, stir well. Heat to boiling
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve.
Tips
- 1 lb ground turkey or pork can be substituted for ground beef
