- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 3 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 1 teaspoon sea salt or kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch dice

- Stir in zucchini, corn, tomatoes and cream. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Stir in hot sauce and basil. Serve in bowls; garnish with additional basil.
Tips
