Ingredient List

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ Organic Fire Roasted Petite Diced Green Tomatoes, well drained Small check mark in a circle icon
  • 1/4 cup chopped white onion Small check mark in a circle icon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves Small check mark in a circle icon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice Small check mark in a circle icon

Preparation

  1. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 3 days. Serve with tortilla chips, as desired.

Tips

  • Prefer a thinner salsa? Don’t drain the tomatoes, and place all ingredients in blender. Cover; blend on high speed 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth. This Fire Roasted Green Tomato Salsa is delicious served with tortilla chips, but it’s also great on top of tacos and tucked into quesadillas and wraps. Make it your own! Try green onions instead of white, or use a jalapeño chile in place of the serrano.
